I really appreciate the level of knowledge that went into assisting me with choosing just the right sofa.... I felt like Goldilocks! Get ready for all my referrals! ❤️. I'm so happy with the most beautiful sofa I have ever owned! My criteria was for something made in Canada, and to my surprise I got to pick the width of the arms, the fabric (with much debate) and the firmness of the cushions (they have a tester sofa with all the options).... I just really am elated!!

My partner and I had been searching for a sectional for our new place for a few months. Having particular dimensions made this process a bit more difficult but seeing that Q Living had modular sectionals, there were a few models that we could make work with the space. We also loved that there were built in Canada options in our price range as well.We were immediately greeted at the door and Vincent came over to explain everything. Vincent was warm, friendly and never spoke down to us. He was super helpful in narrowing down our picks and walking us through the process of choosing materials, cushion firmness and even legs. He was clearly well informed and knew the products well. Bunker, the adorable corgi, was also super helpful in choosing a pet-friendly material that didn't show dog hair immediately.We can't wait for our sofa to arrive, but so far our experience has been stellar.

I’m writing this review after my purchase from 2018, as I sit here on this extremely comfy couch thinking this company deserves a good review! I cannot believe for being 6 years old and two kids how WELL this thing has held up, my older boy treats it like trampoline often and my youngest has had countless spills on it. It shampoos so nicely, I love how the cushions are reversible. Seriously the best purchase in my home and one day if this one ever goes I will 100 percent be purchasing again.Only con: The sales clerk used the fact you could order individual cushion incase one gets damaged as a selling feature, which I actually thought wow that’s a great option! Especially with pets and kids. A few years later in 2020-2021, I inquired about ordering a matching ottoman, and was told the fabric was discontinued, which makes the fact you can order individual cushions to replace useless if we can’t get the same fabric. Luckily I haven’t needed a replacement, but that was disappointing to find out.Regardless, very happy with my couch!

I came to Qliving Furniture after getting frustrated in my couch search. I had a particular model in mind from their stock but Vincent came along and gave me a super helpful and concise breakdown of the different factors to consider for the couch and my apartment, and helped me pick a different model I ended up loving more. Fully customizable down to the firmness, material, color, size, armrest, and modular pieces. The staff here are fantastic and the dogs are adorable. Looking forward to lounging on my new couch! Probably one of the better furniture stores we had been to in Richmond. Service was great, and it had a variety of furnitures to choose from:- made in China vs made in Finland vs made in USA- price range from IKEA-price to West Elm-price- large pieces to compact condo living- quality can vary also, based on the price- many items are on saleQuite a pleasant experience! Recommend!

Came here looking for a couch. They had a wide selection and the staff were very friendly and not clingy at all. I liked getting my own time to try things out and ask staff when i require assistance.Our salesperson Vincent was helpful and knowledgable in showing us what might fit our needs and size requirements and he helped us with finalizing our choice in getting the 2105 couch.The showroom is very nice, the location is convenient and there is a lot of parking. Also they have a very cute corgi pup there!

I am not one to add a review good or bad but when sales and customer service staff go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of I had no choice but to share my story.Unfortunately during my recent move the movers misplace some key specialty bolts I need to reassemble my dining room table. After many hours of trying to figure out how to put humpty dumpy back together again. I turned to the more than helpful staff at Q living. I am so happy to report that customer service hasn't completed died in this world. Not only were they helpful on the phone in sending me an copy of the assembly instructions but when I went down to the beautiful huge showroom to figure out what I was missing I was assisted by this amazing sale staff or manager that not only help me figure out what I need by disassembling the show model but also ordered me the appropriate bolts I needed. I will be definitely shopping here again not only for the beautiful products but also their amazing staff. Thank you for keeping customer service a priority! We'll done Q Living!
